Administration And Finance
Objective
To effectively and efficiently render financial and administrative
support to the Technical Section, as well as safeguard the assets of the
Bureau.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clear and relevant policies on recruitment, personnel matters
and training.
- Ensure that administrative mechanisms are in place for the
implementation of Work Programmes.
- Identify long-term and short-term training needs and arrange for
training of staff in the Administration and Technical Sections.
- Procurement of material and equipment.
- Ensure the effective maintenance and security of the office and
equipment.
- Provide Administrative support for meetings, seminars, workshops,
conferences etc.
- Establish and maintain records for the effective use,
movement/deployment of vehicles.
- Maintain an efficient records management system.
- Maintain proper accounting records to provide transparency to all
financial transactions.
- Budget for the Bureau’s needs and manage an efficient system on
receipts and payments.
