Objective

 

To effectively and efficiently render financial and administrative support to the Technical Section, as well as safeguard the assets of the Bureau.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide clear and relevant policies on recruitment, personnel matters and training.
  2. Ensure that administrative mechanisms are in place for the implementation of      Work Programmes.
  3. Identify long-term and short-term training needs and arrange for training of staff in the Administration and Technical Sections.
  4. Procurement of material and equipment.
  5. Ensure the effective maintenance and security of the office and equipment.
  6. Provide Administrative support for meetings, seminars, workshops, conferences etc.
  7. Establish and maintain records for the effective use, movement/deployment of    vehicles.
  8. Maintain an efficient records management system.
  9. Maintain proper accounting records to provide transparency to all financial transactions.
  10. Budget for the Bureau’s needs and manage an efficient system on receipts and payments.
